These are the terms for using mokaplab.com. They're short on purpose: this site is an introduction, not a shop.
What this site is
mokaplab.com presents the work of mokap_lab, a one-person studio building custom applications and websites. Nothing is sold here: contact and each client's documents live at os.mokaplab.com.
The prices you see are a starting point
The figures published show where each kind of work starts, so you can tell whether it's worth writing. They are not a binding offer: the real price depends on scope and goes in a quote with your name, your stages, and its own expiry date.
A quote only binds when you accept it, and accepting it also accepts the service terms shown in the same document: a 30-day warranty on defects, ownership of the work on full payment, and a perpetual licence to the reusable code base for your project.
The content of this site
The text, design, logo, and code of mokaplab.com belong to mokap_lab. Quote it or share the link freely; copying it to pass off as your own, no.
Projects shown as examples belong to their owners and appear with their permission.
Availability and errors
The site is offered as is. It's looked after and monitored, but uninterrupted availability and freedom from typos aren't promised. If you find something wrong, write and it gets fixed.
Governing law and contact
mokap_lab operates from Victoria, Australia, and these terms are governed by that law — the same as the service terms, so there aren't two different rulebooks.
