How much does a website cost in Australia?

A starter website is AUD 200 with a 12-month care plan, or AUD 900 on its own — the plan is what makes the lower price work, so we say it up front instead of hiding it in the fine print. The full system, with bookings, quotes and billing that chase themselves, starts at AUD 2,500 to build plus AUD 250/month to run. The diagnosis before any of it is free: you get in writing what your business is losing today, whether or not you go ahead. The final price depends on what the system has to do — you get a fixed, itemised quote before anything starts, and it does not change mid-project.

How much does website maintenance cost?

Website care plans are AUD 99, 179 or 329 per month, depending on included hours and response time. Running the system is separate and starts at AUD 250/month, because it covers the operation of your business and not just a website. All of them are month to month, with no lock-in.

What does website maintenance include?

Daily monitoring with alerts, weekly off-site backups, security patches tested before applying, preventive checks, your change requests within plan hours, and a one-page monthly report. The list of what is not included is published too.

How much does a website redesign cost?

It is quoted after a free diagnosis of your current site — sometimes a rescue is enough and costs far less. Full rebuilds start at AUD 200 with a care plan.

My website is slow or down — can you fix it?

Usually, yes — that is what the free diagnosis is for. You get in writing what is wrong, what it costs, and whether fixing or rebuilding is the honest answer. You will never be asked for your passwords.

Why does my website not show up on Google?

The usual causes are technical: pages blocked from indexing, no sitemap, slow loading, or content that never answers what people search. The free diagnosis checks all of them and tells you which one is yours.

Is a website worth it for a small business?

If your clients search on Google — or ask an AI assistant — before buying, yes. A fast site that answers real questions sells while you sleep, and unlike ads, you own it.

How long does a website take to build?

Most small business sites take 3 to 6 weeks. Work runs in phases with visible criteria, so you see progress at every step — not just at the end.

What happens after my website launches?

Every project includes a 30-day guarantee: anything that does not work as agreed is fixed free. After that, a care plan is optional — the site is yours either way.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes. Every site ships with a simple editor for images, texts, prices, FAQs and announcements — and changes you make yourself never use up your plan hours.

Do I have to pay monthly for my website?

No. A care plan is optional and month to month. Without one your site keeps working — you just do not have monitoring, backups, updates or reserved hours.

What do you build with — WordPress?

We build with Next.js, the framework behind many of the web's biggest products. No plugins to update or get infected: sites load faster and stay safer than a typical unmaintained WordPress.
